Director: Ricardo Mercado

By way of introduction, Ricardo Mercado comes from a business background, but always yearned to get back to the educational field. As he frequently says, "Although my work experience revolved around the business world, a candle remained lit inside of me and now that I have devoted over twelve years of my life to the corporate world, I have decided to do what I like doing; Education."

Ricardo holds a Masters in Business Administration, a B.A. in Sociology, and a B.A. in Spanish Literature. He is also a licensed real estate agent here in Arizona.

For hobbies, he enjoys taking part in community events, devoting time to his family, and cooking. He is extremely family oriented and you may even see him bringing in a dish or two for you to take home and try! His favorite dish; fried turkey! He cannot wait for Thanksgiving!!!!

Assistant Director: Veronica Sifuentes

Ms. Sifuentes is no stranger to the field of education. She has over 14 years experience in teaching and operating a Montessori daycare in California. She has attended several conferences and has spent countless hours taking part in trainings dedicated to enhance her teaching and operating abilities. She is a great asset to the daycare and will be the one bringing a wonderful smile to all our little ones. 

Supporting Staff: 

All our supporting staff are experienced and were handpicked by Ricardo and Veronica. The team is trained, experienced, and ready to take the little ones on a wonderful educational and fun journey while they are here. 

We are all CPR and First Aid trained, we have all undergone extensive backgrounds, and we all share a loving passion to teach.
